Reports directly to the President of International Operations for company.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate deliverables are integrated and completed through all phases of the Acquisition.
- Must have prior experience with at least 2 mergers/acquisitions.
- Ability to travel extensively between US and Europe.
- Six Sigma background and ability to influence this mentality and processes.
