The Controller reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and is responsible for the accounting operations of the Company. The Controller's responsibilities also includes the management of corporate accounting and the direct management and review of divisional controllers, which include periodic visits and audits of all remote accounting operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial policies, accounting procedures, internal controls, periodic reporting, accounting oversite of locations outside of corporate headquarters and the management and maintenance of the accounting systems of the Company.
